At the time I contacted Ziply a few weeks back, there was only a consistent 6 MB/sec download speed on any of the titled services. 50 GB games for instance took 2 hrs or so. Chatting with a CSR, we found out the previous Frontier plan was deprecated and technically paying more for way less speed, switching on over to the Gig promo plan.Hi all, we are still experiencing service outages. We appreciate your patience while we work through this. Some users have had services restored, but others are still without. We apologize for our late response here, we have been busy with this outage on the other social media platforms.
