At a guess (based on my own similar experience a couple months ago), you need to download the adult version of the Amorous adventures. There's a tame one and one with explicit nudity and sex scenes. Check Lover's lab. I do not believe (though I could be wrong) that the "sexy" version is available on nexus.

Flowergirls is outdated and unsupported these days but you can still use it, it's a requirement for some mods. I would recommend OSA for Ostim 1.3, Ostim NG with Open Animations RE for Ostim. Those alone should give you a good start.
