Bnsf doesn’t have these issues afaik. We stay with our crew the entire day and are basically payed a set salary during training. If our crew works 12 hours, then we are with them for 12. But still, even after class we still feel like we’re being thrown to the wolves. We’ve had 3 new hires make serious violations in the past few months.
