To reactivity the mag safety, turn the takedown lever horizontal (normal position) then back to the takedown position. There is still a minor friction when taking down the fully assembled 320. That friction is not present on the return path of the TDL. It's a weird problem. I'm out of ideas. The idea was to reduce felt recoil. I removed the standard slide lock that caused the trouble and reinstalled the SAS slide lock. Put it all back together and everything is operating as should be.
