While fighting close-range can be an issue in Nioh 2, the fists' level of finesse, attack options, and move combinations make them undeniably fun to use. I was also a new user but invested into all of the weapons to see what plays the best (for me) The combo strings of the Switchglaive is something else start low go medium end high, reverse it or start medium go low end high. Oct 20, 2022 · Can confirm that the 2nd dlc’s final boss ( the first form) drops an onmyo skill and the boss for the side mission ‘the dragon’s kin’ drops 2 skills 1 for ninjutsu and another for both the sword an the fists. The sword/fist skill is the exact same for both weapons and wil both be obtained from the same drop. It also has The Shrike, super good against humanoid enemies. Though, idk about fists but the splitstaff is kinda an all-rounder. It can deal high ki damage, apply confusion, and high damage as well (Changing Ways and Dragon Dance, though Dragon Dance is only safe to use when the enemy is winded and cornered).
