This is a ranged Mastermind Rogue build with free archetype. It focuses on getting the maximum value out of Recall Knowledge and Stealth using both to get targets flat-footed at range. Interestingly, by RAW with Free Archetype you actually HAVE to take Beast Gunner dedicaton, as there is a carve out for it in the Special rule for the Spellshot dedication. As a GM, I wouldn't require that and would let you pick any dedication at level 4 (as long as it wasn't something crazy powergamey) but the GM should be consulted.
