Just set it to min hit mode. Elder Overloads are kind of required and will raise your max hit. Flicking your t95/t99 prayers will also boost it a bit as well. P6 + e4r3, go to dummies, set to min hit, use the exact load out you would use when bd scything pools, and use bd on dummy to make sure you min 1k.
