I recently switched from Adderall to Vyvanse so I can't speak to long term effects, but comparing Adderall/Wellbutrin vs. Vyvanse/Wellbutrin, the Vyvanse combo feels much more mellow. The only thing I would look out for are shakes. I increased my Wellbutrin dosage a few months ago and started getting tremors.
