This wonderful, delicious stuff of a Porterhouse was perfectly cooked to medium rare. I had the perfect pairing of the Steak Diane, Gorgonzola and Truffle Parmesan Fries. On the side note, Ten Prime Steak house and Sushi has the best fries in Rhode Island; Truffle Parmesan Fries. (Side note: i started this review back in 2011.
