Personally, I like to farm the exalted or lvl 70 dungeons (krokopatra, Zeus, rattlebones) they drop ultra king parsley pretty often. Unfortunately, I think Earth Elemental and Mirror Lake are probs your best bet, the drop rates are just super low. In your current state its gonna be hard to solo that due to how little resist you have... I would suggest you go and farm water works as that gear is usually the best from 60-100 ish.
