Hi everyone, Diagnosed with PCOS in Feb. 2010. Was told to save my money and not bother with BBT, charting, and OPK's cause they wouldn't be accurate since I have PCOS.

OPK advised 24-36 hours PRIOR to O. By using OPK and BBT, you should forecast your O date with the OPK and verify you did O via BBT. It just confirms your lh surge. The only way to confirm O is with temping. U can get a pos. opk and not O. U can also get a neg. opk but temp rise which means u did O.
